Top,Dubai chamber of commerce told me that Sulja doesn't exist in Dubai.
I insisted and told there might be a mistake and to search again,i spelled the company name.
They confirmed me that there's absolutely no trace of Sulja at all.

They told me by the way to be very carefull before investing
in companies wich are claiming to have business in Dubai,and i'm by far not the only one.

No design depot,no authorization,no license.
Believe me,i wish the design depot story was true.
