Because it's a classic pump and dump. They have so much authorized shares that this was easy money for the MM'S who were able to control this thing. Management did nothing to stop it. The only thing I like about this stock is no toxic debt. This thing is not going anywhere unless God himself allows it. Even management was unsuccessful at their own game. Just goes to show you.
