You're off base here. The Conservatorship was begun under the last days of the Bush Administration as engineered by Paulson. There were NO Takings then. The Illegal Net Sweep was orchestrated under Obama and engineered by Geithner and began in August 2012. The timeline for the correlation to ObamaCare funding is spot on.
