*covering* would actually require *volume* .. something NR has an issue with above 3c
.. this isn't rocket science .. but it is math .. for the better part since Jan 2014 .. PTOI has been held @ sub 6c

that said .. there is no reason for any volume per se .. until P2O's CEO & BoD provide a reason for it ..
of course the efforts of 1.29.19 remain a mystery .. but it's the OTC .. so most with interest CANT rule out
the obvious .. curious to see how remaining days in July are handled
