I suggest you read my dividend post again..at this point we do not know how it will be handled...A stock dividend MAY be handled differently than a normal cash divy with the ex dividend date being a day after the divy is paid...not the record date...meaning anyone who sells prior to the pay out date does not get the divy. Again, this is from the SEC..and MAY be the way its handled..we just don't know at this point. We need the details.
