I think it’s pretty clear they will work some kind of partnership arrangement out... have too really, especially with the costs of new hires and this NC thing. The million dollar question, though, is does it happen before or after this next raise ? My sense is later - perhaps in the fall. I don’t sense those 3.20’s will be in play for awhile yet. Hope 15m is raised soon with no warrants. That gets them to October and then the final push comes from a deep pocket partner. That is my guess
