The Company's supplier of the products in these two transactions was Focus Global Supply (“FGS”), a business entity controlled by Elisha Kalfa, Green C's Chief ..
I made contact with the above leasing office and they confirmed taht Elisha Kalfa is the lease holder of a 21,000 square foot facility at this location under the business name of Ontario Limited Focus Global Supply.
So the bottom line in all of this is that the company moved operations to Maryland, they have a 21,000 Square foot distribution center and they are not very far from the GCAN offices.
