Premature for civil class action? If there was any money to be had, the vultures would be swooping weeks ago - at the first mention of the SEC asking questions. If the pockets ain't deep enough, they'll take a pass. Plenty of other companies with INSURANCE that make it more worthwhile.
Seems I read about more than a few LOYAL LONGS that were toying with the idea when no PR came out on the weekend and no 10Q and being excluded from the "inner circle" didn't make them feel as good.
