Jay Knabb (PGWC.PK) pulled the same thing with the "Ameritrade is conspiring with short sellers" game. That was when it was still trading at $6.00 or so.

On Whacky Patty, there was/is toxic financing with OSTK, too. He was unable to find any investment bank with clients naive enough to buy into another SPO so he had to get a loan from a Canadian insurance firm whose CEO was friends with his daddy.

After listening to a few July 2006 Rufus interviews on MN1.com, I was 100% persuaded Rufus was not too bright and running a p&d scam.
