Rodin, my friend from afar! How is your mother-in-law doing these days? And how are the wife and kids? Since we haven't any good news to report on our beloved CYTR, may as well discuss other topics of interest and concern as we continue counting the days until ASAP finally arrives! ;p

I can see where Lazerking was thinking that a R/M could be in CYTR's future not only because of SOON's past, but also because of my experience in a stock I still hold that R/M'ed with a private company. Because GTXI had a low Market Cap at the time, like CYTR, and the private company had a much greater "valuation" (Oncternal Therapeutics), like ImmunityBio, GTXI SH's took a 1:7 haircut in the deal and got CVR's after the R/S in the same amount of shares after the R/S, that expire after a year, worthless. Meanwhile, GTXI's new ticker ONCT, has dropped significantly since the R/M because the shorts have jumped on the stock with all fours because of the much higher pps after the R/S and NO NEWS from ONCT since the R/M. I've flipped the stock for small gains a couple of times already (like NK), but I'm not holding anything like I am CYTR. That's why I fear and would be VERY MUCH opposed to a R/M between CYTR and IB. IMO, if CYTR gets R/M'ed into IB or any other SOON entity, CYTR SH's will get screwed yet again, so I hope and pray that's not our fate.

I'm not even going to bother voting my proxy for the upcoming SHM which is only missing the "a" to be a complete SHaM! lol! I'll continue adding CYTR shares as I feel the need. Looks like the .30's are going to be available until other news dictates a change in direction in our pps.

Yes indeed, these are very "boring days", and like you, I hope "we'll have the chance to see the other side SOON"! I'm still keeping an eye on NK for another chance to buy back in. I almost pulled the "buy" trigger today but said I'd wait and see what happens tomorrow! Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you tomorrow....LOL!
