I don't think most understand how quickly those available at .0001 and .0002 will disappear when the real news hits. The stock could be at .0001 and .0004 or .0005 a few moments later.
Once financials are up to date the stop sign will come down and buyers will be able to freely buy it online through any broker and that will make a huge difference.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
