QFS, consider this. ... it’s multiple steps. He is asking for 1 year on the option. So, yes, 1st a little of the dreaded dilution to jump start us to growth this year, then revenue, contracts, etc., then price in $1.50 and assets suffice and R/S is 1 for 5 in 3-7 months. I don’t necessarily see it happening in a couple weeks or months. And, maybe, a frenzy of buying takes hold and he doesn’t even need to use it as we are above $4 anyway.

Actually, he wants R/S first, then dilution to jump start us to growth this year, then revenue, contracts, etc. then uplist for better financing and even more and more growth.

That makes more sense.
