I agree....why didn't they explain how they continue to operate...
ISO is not an issue. You don't really have to do anything special for ISO. You just have to write down what it is you do. I don't even think you have to pass a test or review. You just declare yourself ISO compliant. It just means you've established a paper trial for your operations...so if your procedures start to drift and product quality drops, you go back to the book....or as you make improvements.... you update the book...
