$PCLI - "100 million share days are imminent here"...buying or selling? LOL, JK. But it's a little odd that Paul seems to be focused on TCE# and not PCLI. I have no idea as to why just seems odd. And I'm not suggesting or hinting at anything, it just seems a little strange.
