With an ADHC valuation of its $96.2 Million Acquisition...
This ADHC post below now is making more and more sense now that we know what's coming into ADHC:
Yes, I definitely have plans to do an ADHC valuation considering that the company coming into ADHC is listed to be doing $96.2 Million in Revenues as this acquisition will definitely make ADHC worth far more than the .15 per share that was stated to be the price target for ADHC from the Goldman Small Cap Research Report.
This also justifies why ADHC reduced its Outstanding Shares (OS) down from 795,993,171 shares to now having an OS of 541,993,171 shares:
