News is great and yet people panic... Thank you for your post. Maybe a split - maybe not but clearly there is some bennifit to having the option.
Also, even with a split we all keep keep our money and get the same value as we had before.
Example: you have 1,000 shares at 40 cents so $400. If there was a 10x split - now you have 100 shares at $4 so you still have $400. We will not lose any value! But at $4 a share we can join the NASDAQ.
If doing this gets us to the NASDAQ then I am for it because once it's on the NASDAQ there will no longer be shorter sharks trying to stoke everyone's fears and trying to take down the price.
I suspect there are also big businesses who are intrested but are waiting for it to hit the NASDAQ - so our growth potential and profit potential vastly expands at a rate that very likely far exceeds the growth rate on the pennies even with owning more penny stock shares.
In short, NASDAQ good. Profits good! I hope poeple don't get hung up on the numbers, it's the value that's important.
