That is a FACT.

And BioAmber Inc. has been liquidated, and the proceeds from the sale of the Delaware Corporation's assets will be distributed to BioAmber Inc.'s creditors. At that point, the remaining liabilities will be discharged, and the equity cancelled. The Company will be wound up and struck from the corporate register.

The common stock is worthless and will be cancelled.
