Last I heard Joseph was doing fine.
I thought he probably embellished
the illness story so shareholders
would lay off while he moved biz
over to NTI? I doubt SEC cares much
about HCTI I'm sure it's been reported
a dozen times. Why don't you call
Joseph and find out what's been
