There is less than $6000 debt so there’s no convertibles possible and all of the shares that have been issued to insiders are not only restricted, they’re also held by affiliates which limit how much they can sell per quarter, once restrictions are lifted.

There is zero possible near term dilution from convertibles, etc... I dont think its possible that this float could increase this year, likely much longer.
