what offers may have been for example,
we know Dr Sharp had at least two rounds of discussions on developing the MIT1000

First at MTU at the very beginning of the deal with NMU

and Second near the end of the 'Staph' deal it seems for any further
interests for development, of which Trimedia was interested enough
to bring forward a preliminary libray for Legionella and propietary rapid culture techniques.


so, in that, we really dont know what else was brought forward
in either of those meetings.
