According to McBride: "Speaking of patents, Seaview has the exclusive license to this technology from Wire21, formerly VideoCom. We are allowing them to sell several hundred of the old bulky boxes they have left in stock. These units worked poorly and I suspect they have sold few. You may remember that our engineering team redesigned the entire system that is now the backbone of the “IRFS” technology."

This is probably the most valuable asset of SEVU, as it can be sub-licensed to other users, whose products are not competing with those of SEVU...

I don't know if the assigment of all Patents and Licenses for 14 years from McBride to SEVU was worth 1 million shares ($600,000.00 at today's share price...), but IF Videocom's Patents are truly the KEY to allow digital signal to travel by induction through electrical circuits, then it may look quite Cheap in hindsight, 2 or 3 years from now...
