Like i said the entire proceeds of the sale is exactly the same as the upfront payment of 4.34 million. With no other fantasyland plan attached . Please explain this without the spin . We know the lcy letter affirming the 4.34 million has never been seen . So anything besides a confirmation of their involvement in the Visolis transaction is just speculation and fantasyland fabrication.
