There has been a significant amount of shares printed to pay the bills the last 10 months, yes. But the share price is up in spite of that.
The chart looks awesome for dip buying while we wait for explosions the next days to months till early next year. Keep in mind most penny stocks slide the last half of the year.
QTMM with the right news could make a new 2 year high at dime easy.
Not owning and buying shares at this level strikes me as riskier than buying down here. Also I suspect we are well below the major moving averages now.
