You're tangentially right. You're right that it's at $0.03 because there is no commercial revenue, but you wrong about what constitutes commercial revenue, and you're wrong about why commercial revenue will drive the stock up to new highs.

Some folks here don't like to consider semantics, but it's important when it comes to what is and is not "commercial revenue." There has been no commercial revenue to date. Yes, selling a pair of reactors may technically be "commercial revenue" to those who want to play the semantics, but it's not the commercial revenue that matters today. QMC's business isn't selling reactors - particularity unproven reactors.

The "revenue phase" that matters starts when they start selling QDs or start earning royalties. Other revenue is great and helps with dilution but it won't do anything for the long-term viability of the company.

The biggest problem is not revenue however, it's that there are no eyes on this stock. Blaming the price on things like a "Letter Of Credit myth" is silly. Outside of a few dozen folks in these forums, nobody would have any idea what you're talking about. Real commercial revenue really matters because it will get new eyes on the stock.
