I agree with their assessment about Hollendorfer. He could be guilty of running ailing horses or he just may have run into an unfathomable string of horse deaths that he as a trainer could not have foreseen.

The ultimate goal of giving him "due process" should be to decrease the number of horse deaths.

IMO.
