1.8m looks to be a break from the narrative. They where supposed to dilute AFTER RS. 1.8M is either enough to ride out a storm to 1.00 with no RS if the shorts decide they mind losing the cash cow or it's the last gasp to grab 1.8M out the door on their way to OTC.

I assume they can continue this game of selling these rounds of dilution off and RS on OTC? I dunno, this game is new to me. I`m used to normal stocks, with indicators and institutional investing. Lots learned here about this other world of penny stocks and stock legitimate institutes wouldnt touch with a ten foot pole.
