rrr1, you may be right about them waiting on a go ahead from OTC Markets. I don't really know.

I will point out, however, that the documentation provided in my previous post indicates that OTC Markets does not even begin the review process until the application is received and the disclosures (including the OTCQB Certification) are filed.


1.4 OTC Markets Group Review of Application

Upon receipt of the OTCQB Application Materials and required disclosures, OTC Markets Group may:

1) Require the Company to confirm, clarify or modify any information contained in the OTCQB Application Materials;...


In any event, the original point is still valid - the uplist cannot happen until after the OTCQB Certification is filed.
