It isn't going to happen. There's not a single shred of evidence of a hidden transaction, the only things that are being clung to are snippets of news releases about companies' business that are completely unrelated to BioAmber, various resumes of people who no longer work for BioAmber, and "dot connection" fairy tales to help unload the remaining dead stock.

If such a transaction existed, why on earth would it have been kept a secret all this time? LOL!! There's no advantage whatsoever to allowing the assets to be liquidated while keeping this "secret," and especially allowing the CCAA to close leaving the empty, debt ridden shell? What is the logic that has been manufactured for this magical mega million dollar invisible purchase of the shares???

No, it is preposterous to even suggest somebody will plop a huge offer, more than 20X the bid on the assets, on the table for an empty, debt ridden shell. There's no way anyone can truly believe that who has read that judge's final order.
