It is absurd to suggest any sort of transaction involving the shares of this company has or will happen. The posts I've replied to have falsely suggested the solicitation for the liquidation required an offer of recapitalization and that, in turn, means there's a super secret transaction out there that has not been disclosed by anyone in all of the now completed CCAA proceedings.

That's beyond absurd, and I'll recommend, again, reading that final judge's order, it is very clear this company is done and will be dissolved.
