You can be anything in a reverse merger. Remember that part of company A and part of company B together create a new entity, company C. Then, company C takes over part of one, or both, or all, of its parents. Lol. It’s wild. It’s confusing. It’s mostly unbelievable, unless you’re actually doing it with the guidance of your legal team. I totally get why this ADTM/PlutusX marriage is so difficult to understand, but there are some cleverly illustrated videos on YouTube that get the concept across.
