Under CCAA equity holders are not “stakeholders” when they have no viable interest in the assets as is the case here. They only become “stakeholders” if the secured and unsecured creditors will see a full and complete recovery.

...and as the judge pointed out in some detail...that isn’t even close, and has never been close, to happening.
