Dear @DeptofDefense @thejointstaff @DoD_IG: Are military personnel violating DoD Directive 1344.10 by participating in the partisan July 4th parade in DC where the @GOP Republican National Committee is doling out tickets to donors?

DOD Directive 1344.10. military personnel may not participate in partisan political activities, to include fundraising, speaking at partisan gatherings, appearing in uniform for political events, seeking office or attending political events as a representative for the military.
