My doctor told me that I had a Fulda Gap. Turns out it was just a bone spur.

I still have my letter from the Naval Academy begging me to go in as an Officer at the ripe old age of 18. My old man is still pissed at me today for not taking it. Of course I'm not pissed at him for fucking up my Moms's life after he came home from Nam with 2 purple hearts and a cilver star, but what's a boy to do?
