President Trump signed the VA Maintaining Systems and Strengthening Integrated Outside Networks (MISSION) Act. The bill extends the Veterans Affairs' Choice Program for one year while the department works to consolidate its seven community care programs into one. A number of Republican lawmakers were in attendance at the Rose Garden ceremony.
