Not one person on this board talks about charity for others they provide all on their own .. It must be the government that has to do it ...
Not accurate, I've read posts to the contrary on this board.
Some people choose not to discuss their charitable activities on a public board. That's all that a reasonable person can conclude.
And of course the scale of government help, unmatchable through private sources, is what keeps many residents of many Red States from slipping deeper into poverty.
Clearly the charity from others isn't enough to supplant Medicaid and SNAP benefits throughout Appalachia and much of the deep South and the Great Plains. Yep, the enrollment in those programs is higher per capita in those areas than in most of the rest of the country.
