The beauty of a merger is a new group takes over a clean shell so they can trade publicly. That is how it works. I have been sitting on MCTC for 2 years. They just merged out and it went from $.02 to $.10. Some people really disliked the old CEO. He is now gone and we own a Cannabis company. Just like that.
