Awesome... MORE LIES FROM BERMAN!

Berman is a well-known lying CON-MAN SCUMBAG who uses ONCI as his personal ATM machine for past 18 months.

He successfully used PUMPERs to HYPE the stock into a RUNUP based on lies and empty promises, which he repeats every QTR w/ fake financials, additional DILUTION, and BS "shareholder letters."

ONCI has NO 'deals' with insurance companies or verified 'revenue' of ANY KIND. It's all PRETEND.

MASSIVE PUMP on multiple boards; don't fall for it.

Pay attention to share-price chart - it says it all.
