I think we really do owns SAM Building Materials, but that this was merely a convenient bone thrown to pacify us while we were all sitting around with our thumbs up our nose (read: AZZ) awaiting (for the how many nth time?) the long touted financial audits. The timing is just a little too convenient. It does make sense for Sulja Bros, the little lumber company, which we probably are, to expand their local market. The timing of that PR was just a ruse to divert our attention.
