Why would they have another lawsuit? Suing, piercing the corporate veil to get at some individual's money is not realistic since forward statements are rarely a basis for a successful fraud suit. Maako's having been dismissed with prejudice kind of knocks them out of future attacks. I think Leo and company would get so mad at any bogus suit that they'd go out of their own pockets to extract a price. Just not going to happen.
