ADTM - May accept tender offer from PlutusX
for Cash and stock

would be a good deal for ADTM shareholders
as it would bring much needed financial support
to the company.
The "offer" could deposit into ADTM
the total of the Cash and securities
in exchange for 100% of the Company.
ADTM would continue to trade as a public company
but would be a subsidiary of PlutusX.
