Lawrence, thank you for your email.

It has been a long wait since the restructuring was announced in November 2018.

Today, all indications suggest the public company will remain a going concern with equity interests in the Imaging and Display Divisions after the restructuring. The restructuring does include financings for the two divisions to provide capital to continue operating and grow into the future.

The Company is working on an information package for shareholders which will explain the new structure moving forward - but I am not sure of the timing. It should be soon.

Fortunately ZMS continues to trade and Dr. Zerrouk has a plan to move the public company forward.
