Yeah I reckon you are right, I mean it doesn't matter at the end of the day, this is a December play and that's the target I am after, the time frame and RS doesn't negate the fact it will still be selling 1/4 of book value with the road ahead looking better than it has in 2 years.

I am just a stubborn MFer I would have bought shares back they were so cheap, but, I guess paying off most of the revolving credit facility and building cash position was more important at the moment.


So I guess we know now, the debt will be paid off and the cash shall be raised up with all the 1$15 mil inventory liquidation. The big holders had to vote for it no doubt, they know better than us.
