It does not say anything about phase 2 specifically. What I mean is they can't do any large operations without the law in place. If you remember the whole deal about there being a legal framework for GMO's in place. Well, that is happening on July 1.
Very interesting, and certainly will be a huge accomplishment for KBLB when this law/legal framework is in place. Thank you for sharing your DD, yourself and a few other posters bring alot of value to this board.
