Who is Consultech and where did they get the 10 million to just lets say give away? Was the money Sulja's? How did Consultech become the parent of Sulja? How can a company merge with a subsidiary of a parent and then the parent company merge afterwards? Why did Consultech seek a regional project venue? Is there anything public about Consultech taking control of Sulja at any time in the past? Is Consultech a going concern or just a shell created by Petar? Wouldn't Consultech have to file corporate tax returns on the profits of their subsidiary Sulja? I just don't get it? And where in the heck does Kore fit in here?? To much smoke and mirrors!!
