-has had 10 different corp names/biz lines in as many years,
-is a reverse merger penny stock,
-is embroiled in legal entanglements,
-dilutes to the tune of 100's of millions of shares p.a.,
-makes 3rd grade mistakes in pulling together its financial statements,
-pays stock promoters to promote its shares,
