Xrp is moving when btc was moving because dam Ripple.kept dumping billions into the market via otc instead of the exchanges, the price woukdnsoar if it was on the exchanges, I don't know what type of restrictions they have with them being sold to the institutional investors, but seemed like they just dump them and causing price to go down or not able to go up..This is the biggest problem I see..
