ivarga - in 30 years on the street in the investment banking biz with a major Investment Banking firm - I am far into the double digits on a valuation. I dont whine because a stock is low because I know the math and realize, contrary to popular belief - the market is rarely right, until it knows the number. That is why in buyouts they seem so different from "where the "market" priced them just a few hours before. All you know with todays price what fear and greed and current events and speculation and etc etc can come up with in their fight. In a tug of war.... the stock will typically regress to a mean. POTN will be no different.
If you were to see POTN bought out it would be using one of probably 3 different methods. We would actually average those 3 and come up with a number because the growth is so huge and the industry's future with the FDA is unknown.
