If you think about it, the 8K was carefully worded to reflect the fact that all the work done by RRBB and ARYC was not a waste of over 2 1/2 years of time and expense on both sides.

That is no more than your own interpretation. What the 8-K said was that RRBB didn't do any audits. RRBB agreed to that statement.

Let's not lose sight of the fact that RRBB QUIT.
