Some interesting info on induced earthquakes, from the USGS. The number of earthquakes balooned from 25/year to over 1000/year, so obviously something is going on. The USGS tries to downplay that fracking as the cause, but admits it can cause earthquakes -
>>> Between the years 1973–2008, there was an average of 25 earthquakes of magnitude three and larger in the central and eastern United States. This rate ballooned to over 600 M3+ earthquakes in 2014 and over 1000 in 2015. Since 2015 the earthquake rate has declined significantly (364 M3+ earthquakes in 2017), but this is still much higher than the natural earthquake rate. <<<
There is actually no good reason to be fracking at all since the US has massive untapped oil reserves in Alaska. There were 2 huge finds up there (near Gull Island) back in the 1970s and early 1980s, which were capped and kept classified by the government - more reserves than in Saudi Arabia, enough for over 200 years. The discovery was confirmed by Ken Fromm, former chief of operations up there for Atlantic Richfield.
The big secret is that oil found anywhere below a few thousand feet is not a 'fossil fuel' (ie derived from the decomposition of plant/animal matter), but is abiotic oil formed by pressure/temp deep in the earth, and is continually replenished. Like anthropogenic global warming, 'peak oil' is a mythology promoted by the NWO control freaks.
