if that was the case then scam company MDTR would have hired the new auditor the same day that the old one resigned instead of waiting 3 weeks to hire the new one

Ok look....seems that MDTR hadn't found a replacement as of the June 5th 8K

I suspect mgmt. knew long before us that they were running into a wall with the old auditors and may have started the process elsewhere before we knew anything about all of this. Jmho
